Thank you for shopping with us at Printing House. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchases. Please review our return policy below:
Return Period
Our return policy allows for a 3-day period starting from the date of item receipt, within which you may request a return. If the product you received is wrong or damaged, you have the opportunity to initiate a replacement within this timeframe.
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, please contact us at support@printinghouse.com or via WhatsApp at 7999009078. Kindly include a clear video illustrating the product’s defects, along with your Order ID for easy reference.
Upon receiving your email, our team will make arrangements to pick up the wrong item within 4 working days. Once we have received the product, we will promptly proceed with processing your replacement, which will be dispatched within 3 working days. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth and efficient resolution to any concerns you may have regarding our products.
If you choose to self-ship the defective item, we kindly request that you securely pack the item to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped replacements, we recommend using a reliable local courier service.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once orders are dispatched, refunds are not available. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer replacements only. Refunds are not provided for returns due to quality concerns. However, if the replacement item is also faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued upon receiving the product.
Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Due to the customized nature of Printing House’s products, purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds may only be issued for products damaged before delivery, or if a custom logo or artwork requested by you does not match what was provided. If your product appears to be damaged, please contact us promptly using the provided contact details.
Once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15 days (within India) from the order date.
- If Printing House fails to ship the ordered products.
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
Refund requests will not be entertained for damaged products; instead, we will exchange the damaged item once it is brought to our notice. No returns will be accepted if a customer wishes to return a product simply because they no longer like it or feel it does not meet their expectations, as all products are custom-made after receiving orders. Minor design and color variations are not grounds for returns. There will always be some variation in color between what you see online and the product you receive. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned without prior email confirmation.
No Refund or Replacement for Universal Laptop Skin
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for Universal Laptop Skins based on size or quality issues. For size, please refer to the sizing guide or check the size mentioned in each product listing image.
Undelivered Goods
If your order does not arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended timeframe, please contact us using the information in the contact section. We will work with you to process a reshipment and ensure you receive the product you paid for. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undelivered items, as delivery is beyond our control once the item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After three failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies due to incorrect address or contact details.
- Package refused by the recipient.
In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for paying PKR 400 as RTO charges, which are incurred by the couriers for returning the products to our warehouse. The product will then be reshipped with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under these circumstances.
All emails regarding this issue should be sent to support@printinghouse.com. Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties and other import charges for international orders (outside of India). These costs must be borne by the customer, and no reimbursement will be provided by PrintingHouse. If the customer wishes to cancel the order under these circumstances, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping and RTO costs.
Damaged and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
PrintingHouse cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the product by the customer.
